| Health and Happiness Retreat
This 8-day retreat immerses participants in daily routines that span 9 hours, including a 1 to 1.5-hour lunch break with meals provided. The retreat includes meditation practices, Dharma teachings, energy healing, and group activities. The daily structure is designed to balance intensive meditation practices with reflective learning, ensuring a comprehensive and enriching experience.

This 7-day retreat offers 2.5 hours of daily activities focused on alleviating stress and cultivating inner calm. The schedule includes a combination of the Meditation of Greater Illumination, Meditation of Purity, Meditation of Bone Melting, energy healing, and insightful Dharma teachings. Each session is designed to help participants release stress, foster relaxation, and achieve mental clarity.
